To celebrate mine and Harry's 6 year anniversary I decided to make us some special cupcakes. Baileys is my favourite alcoholic drink, especially during winter, and I happened to have some flavoured bottles left over from Christmas. I used this recipe: http://www.sprinklebakes.com/2013/02/bottoms-up-irish-cream-hot-fudge.html which I found on Pinterest awhile ago and have been itching to try! They came out amazingly well. The chocolate cake base was a little bit brownie like which made it a bit different, although very crumbly! I used caramel flavoured Baileys for the frosting which was delicious and then a bit more in the chocolate sauce which gave a lovely rich chocolate taste. I also iced them rather well I think! They were actually quite simple to make even though it sounds like quite a lot of ingredients and they were so worth it!
